Spain Eclipse

Witness a total solar eclipse in Spain in 2026 as it crosses the Iberian Peninsula. You’ll have a chance to view the eclipse in the Castille-Leon region led by a Yale faculty expert and fellow fans of totality. The program begins in the pilgrimage site of Santiago de Compostela, continuing on to Via Astorga and the city of Leon, the base for the eclipse. Conclude the program with visits to Bilbao’s old quarter and the city’s spectacular Guggenheim Museum.
